Mr. Schuster was hired in Bradford County’s Probation Office in 1980, and was appointed the Chief Juvenile Probation Officer in 1981. In 1985 Bradford County’s Adult and Juvenile Probation Departments were combined and Mr. Schuster was named to head that office. Prior to entering probation and parole, Mr. Schuster was a police officer.
Mr. Schuster has been a part time faculty member teaching criminal justice at Elmira College, Keystone College, Lackawanna College and Penn State-Wilkes Barre Campus.
He teaches police administration, community policing, and special topics in probation and parole.
