Keith Johnson served as a prosecutor in New Jersey for 25 years, before retiring in 2004. He then earned a Master of Criminal Justice degree from Boston University in 2007, and is currently in the dissertation phase of a doctoral program. His undergraduate degree was from Georgetown University, and his law degree was earned at Oklahoma City University School of Law. He has been a licensed attorney in New Jersey since 1977 and was a board certified Criminal Trial Attorney for 18 years. He has taught in police academies throughout New Jersey for over 20 years and in colleges and universities since 1999.
Mr. Johnson currently serves as the faculty adviser to the Lambda Zeta Chapter of Alpha Phi Sigma, the only Criminal Justice honor society affiliated with the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences. He also serves on the Academic Planning Committee at Mansfield University.
